REVIEW: Etude House Wonderpore Freshner

Hey guys! So I'm back today with a review on Etude House's Wonderpore Freshner. I've heard MANY MANY good reviews on this product on Youtube so I decided to try it out myself.

I ordered this product off of Amazon for about $30 overall, which is pretty decent since it is the 500ml bottle, which is the largest size. When I first opened the box it came in, the packaging was so adorable! ^^ I was stunned by how kawaii it was.

Now, on to the review. So when I first opened it, the smell just got to me. It smelled like alcohol which I don't really like in a skin care product. It wasn't that bad though since I could handle it. I've heard many Youtubers say that this worked wonders for their skin and pores, which it did for me. I saw many pores on my cheeks and near my nose area started to minimize.

However, although it did minimize my pores, since I have very sensitive skin, it broke me out. I started getting acne on my forehead, so I had to stop using it.

Overall, I would recommend this product to others who do not have sensitive skin. I only used this about 5 times before I had to stop. I would give this product a 3/5 rating.

  1. I've really been wanting to try this product out to help minimize my pores, but I'm pretty acne prone, so I'm a bit hesitant lol

    1. Hi Payton,

I wouldn't recommend this product for you. :( If you really are looking for a nice toner that works on acne prone skin, then I would recommend one from the brand Shiseido. It's a Japanese cosmetic brand and it works really well! (Although it's on the pricy side.) >.>

I love your blog by the way! I'm a huge fan of kDrama as well as anime. :)

  2. Oh my, I know it's been awhile since you posted this but I hope your skin has recovered from that breakout! I was actually interested in trying this out but my skin is quite sensitive as well, so I'll decide against it and keep an eye out for other toners in the market.

Looking forward to more posts from you, I really enjoyed reading this one. =D *follows*
